Why You’re Seeing This

• Placements.io has switched on Copilot for your organization's staging workspace so you can explore generative-AI features, gather feedback, and decide whether to move forward.

What you’re getting

• Sandbox only - Copilot is enabled solely in your staging environment so you can explore, validate, and decide if it meets your needs.
• No production use yet - To enable Copilot in production, an authorized Admin must contact your Placements.io account representative or email support@placements.io.
• Optional - Copilot is an optional feature and is not required for use of Placements.io. You are not required to use, test, or trial Placements.io. 

Important things to know

1. Third-party processing
   Prompts and content you submit, as well as Copilot’s responses, are sent to and processed by OpenAI’s infrastructure.
   
2. Training AI Models
   Your data won’t be used to train Copilot or other AI features for the purposes of other Placements.io customers. Placements.io does not permit third-party subprocessors of Copilot to use your data to train their AI models.

3. Accuracy & completeness
   Copilot can be incorrect, outdated, or biased. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all results before use.
   
4. No professional advice
   Generated content is not legal, financial, editorial, or other professional advice. Reliance on it is at your own risk.
   
5. “As-Is” evaluation feature
   Copilot is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Placements.io disclaims all liability arising from your access to or use of these AI capabilities, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
   
6. Your obligations
   You (and your organization) remain solely responsible for:
   
   • All data you submit to Copilot.
   • Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. You may not use Copilot in a manner that violates any OpenAI Policy, including their Usage Policy and Sharing and Publication Policy.‍
   • Any decisions or actions taken based on AI-generated content.
