What is Placements Academy?

Placements Academy is a library of self-paced video courses designed to help you plan, execute, and optimize campaigns with confidence. Lessons are short and focused, so you can learn a workflow in minutes and get right back to work.

Courses are organized by role, so everyone on your team can jump straight to the content that matters for their day-to-day:

• AdSalesOS Foundations: a quick tour of the platform and core concepts, and the best place for anyone to start (5 lessons, ~14 min)
• AdSalesOS for Ad Operations: our most in-depth course, covering the workflows ad ops teams rely on every day (12 lessons, ~44 min)
• AdSalesOS for Sales: how sellers can move faster from proposal to booked deal (6 lessons, ~21 min)
• AdSalesOS for Billing & Finance: the essentials of billing and invoicing in the platform (2 lessons, ~8 min)
• AdSalesOS for Admins: key configuration and management tasks for platform administrators (4 lessons, ~3 min)

The Academy, including the platform itself, was designed and built entirely in-house by our team. It's the same approach we take with our core platform: build what our customers need, move quickly, and keep improving. The Academy is another way we're investing in making sure every customer can get full value from Placements AI, from day one and every day after.

Who has access?

The Academy is available to every Placements AI customer with access to a staging or production account. There's nothing extra to set up and no per-seat gating. If your team uses Placements AI, your team can use the Academy.

New customers will hear about the Academy during implementation kickoff and can start learning as soon as their staging environment is ready, making it a great way to get familiar with the platform before go-live.

Existing customers can sign in today. Look out for the Academy in the product, in in-app messages, and from your account manager.

2. Browse the course catalog and pick the courses that match your role.
3. Learn at your own pace. Pause, rewatch, and come back anytime.

We recommend everyone start with AdSalesOS Foundations, then move on to the course built for your role.

Academy courses cover the platform and each role's core workflows.
